Parenting can bring out the most beautiful parts of us & the hardest.
For so many of us, the pattern is painfully familiar:
Burnout → overwhelm → anger → resentment → frustration → shame → guilt → hiding → fear it will happen again.
You’re not alone if you’ve lived this cycle. You’re not alone if your reactions feel bigger than you. And you’re not alone if, behind closed doors, you feel like a completely different parent than the one the world sees.
This tapping practice is for the days when the intensity inside your body feels unbearable - the urgency, the heat, the “make it stop” feeling that can rise in seconds.
It’s for the moments you yell & wish you didn’t.
For the crash that follows.
For the shame that makes you want to run & hide.
For the quiet dread of, “What if it happens again?”
